Fun Challenge: You know you're a homeschooler when????

Here is a quick and fun challenge for all you homeschoolers out there...let's see if you can make us laugh by answering with between 5-10 answers to the question

You know you're a homeschooler when????


I'll start it off...


#1 You know you're a homeschooler when it snows outside and you don't think of it as a snow day but instead thank God for a new art project.

#2 You know you're a homeschooler when birthdays are holidays and any other day can turn into an educational field trip.

#3 You know you're a homeschooler when you go into a bookstore and bypass your favorite reading section (mine is mysteries) and go straight to the non fiction looking for supplemental material or your heart skips a beat when the librarian lets you know about the new non fiction arrivals.

#4 You know you're a homeschooler when science projects appear in your refrigerator, art projects in your bathroom, writing and math projects on your windows and you line your hallways with historical timelines and world maps instead of family pictures.

#5 You know you're a homeschooler when the school bus goes by during your outdoor service project times and your children comment how lucky they are to not have to be on that bus.


All right....I know a little weak...I'll work on it.
